Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:

O'Connor Sales, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and dependable Marketing Coordinator with a background in social media management. The ideal candidate should be skilled at managing and growing the company’s online presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They should also be capable of maintaining and updating the company website. Additionally, the role requires someone who can confidently represent the company at marketing events such as trade shows and wholesaler counter days, engaging with clients and industry partners. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Regularly update and manage content on the company website.

- Attend and represent the company at marketing events, including trade shows and wholesaler counter days.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.

- Assist with the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Experience in managing social media platforms.

- Experience with website management (WordPress or similar platforms).

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (Bilingual preferred).

- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social skills.

- Highly dependable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

- Ability to travel for marketing events as needed.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: $18 - $24 per hour
