Senior Admin Associate - Marketing

Responsible for the daily management of external marketing services. Also responsible for inter-team communications (India/US). Role includes working with marketing team to manage marketing schedules for clients, asset trafficking and QA.

- Establish high-quality relationships with internal team and clients in order to properly communicate project status.

- Reviews proposals, and marketing reports for correct language usage and content.

- Analyzes metrics around resource and departmental performance and profitability and makes recommendations for improvements.

- Creates and monitors client marketing schedules.

- Assists in managing the department to deliver top quality service to customers.

- Works to improve processes, procedures, technology and deliverable timelines to insure quality delivery of services.

- Participates in client meetings as required.

- Facilitates objectives and strategies for the Marketing department.

- Works with Kensium’s sales team, and internal marketing team to grow overall client roster.

Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent required.

At least 5 years client management and marketing experience with a broad range of client projects.

Must be detail oriented, and highly organized

Willingness and ability to make decisions and commitments and successfully deliver upon them.

Breadth of knowledge in digital marketing services.

Client oriented mindset.

Ability to successfully communicate with US and India teams.

Strong client communication skills.

Complex problem solving, involving multiple contributing factors, ideas and individuals.

Ability to independently read, understand, and edit marketing text and proposals.

Familiarity with social media channels and google analytics

Excellent (flawless) written and verbal communication with US clients

Create schedules, manage and traffic documents
