Content Creator / Freelance

Aspiring Content creators and marketing graduates, film students, this is a paid freelance opportunity. I am looking for someone with an “eye” for great video shots, who can shoot on an iPhone 14 or later, or your own camera. You must have a professional demeanor and be courteous and professional with my clients.

Social hour marketing is a restaurant marketing agency and we create content for restaurants.

The job: Visit various restaurant locations in the San Fernando Valley. Shoot 15-20 second clips. Submit raw clips via apple shared album, dropbox, or google drive for payment of bulk clips (30 or more clips / each to reflect something different (no dupe clips) / each to be good quality and usable for video editing. I pay $40 for each bulk submission.

In my experience, I’ve been able to shoot the above in 45 minutes - 1.5hr —

OR if you want to edit and submit edited video of at least 8 seconds up to 20 seconds, will pay $15 for each video. Up to 15 videos. The videos can be edited in CapCut, or other templated software. Requirements: Videos to match the aesthetic of the Instagram page. If the imagery is good, but the music doesn’t fit — that’s ok. I will offer direction and send reference videos, but your creativity and ideas are welcomed!

Creativity is important and brand aesthetic is key— what you might think is great, I might not. However, I am fair and am eager to receive content that I can plan out!

I also welcome ideas, collabs, etc. I’ve been a marketing professional for 20 years and have had my own business for the last 7 years. Interns, I can be your reference in future work related projects and you might use this opportunity for obtaining videos in a professional space.
