POSITION #1: SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATOR

The Settlement/Claims Negotiator will assist the handling attorneys in settlement negotiation to effectively resolve pre-litigation personal injury cases.

Our Ideal Candidate

3+ years of significant PI claims negotiating experience

Former auto insurance company adjusters encouraged to apply

Excellent understanding of medical injuries and bills

In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to settle 20+ claims per week

Multitasking ability is a must

The ability to handle a large number of files effectively and efficiently is critical

Be comfortable with Microsoft Office and other technology

Strong organizational skills

POSITION #3: SENIOR TRIAL ATTORNEY

What we’re looking for:

Our ideal team member will have 5+ years of personal injury law firm experience. You must have handled all types of Personal Injury cases including ones with catastrophic injuries and ones in the seven to eight-figure case value range. You should have first chaired at least 3 trials to verdict with favorable results. You must be willing to try several cases to verdict every year while handling a heavy caseload. You must be able to travel throughout all of California to attend court hearings and depositions, litigate trials, and conduct arbitrations. Prior experience is crucial.
