Personal Injury Case Manager - minimum 4 yrs experience
California, Los angeles, 90001 Los angeles USAVacancy expired!
US: West Los Angles personal injury firm. Located right off the intersection of the 405 and 10 freeways. We have a team-oriented approach and our case managers regularly collaborate with our attorneys for guidance and to strategize.
YOU: Top-notch pre-lit case manager who has at least 4 years’ experience as a case manager at a plaintiff’s PI firm.
Ideal candidate can run with a new file from A-Z (sign-up to settlement) and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Regular communication between you and our clients is a critical part of the job. You’re looking for a firm where you can stay and grow for years to come.
Ideal qualities: positive, can-do attitude; go-getter; detail-oriented; your co-workers enjoy working with you; you're excited to improve your skills and learn new things, and maybe even teach us a thing or two that you learned at your last firm. (If there's a better way to do things, we welcome suggestions and change.)
Bilingual would be great, but isn't required.
If you are a prior insurance company bodily injury adjuster who left the dark side and became an experienced plaintiff's personal injury case manager, this position could be a great fit for you (and us!)
Perhaps you're a case manager at a marque PI firm and you're looking for a change. Maybe your current work environment is too stressful, or you don't feel supported by management, or there's a disconnect between management and employees.
Know that we expect a lot from our case managers. We pay well because we want the best. We’re investing in our case managers: we’re investing in their training and growth and hoping that they’ll stay with us for the long run. This is a fast-paced work environment. If you’re not ready to hit the ground running, and excited to learn your files, connect with all of your clients, and continue to regularly contact them, this may not be the job for you.
Also know that our employees’ quality of life is important to us. We don’t want our employees to be stressed out. We want them to be happy and enjoy their job, and feel like they’re making a difference and that they’re appreciated.
Case Load
Your average caseload will be about 55 - 80 cases. We know that many firms assign 100+ cases to case managers. But at that those numbers, we think it's unrealistic that you’ll know your cases and be able to provide good client service. Good client service and regular client communication are a top priority for our firm.
Potential to Work Remotely. After a probation period, you may be able to work remotely.
