Litigation Associate for LA Office

Fellner Law Group is seeking a full-time hybrid or contract Litigation Associate to join our professional negligence and commercial litigation team in our Los Angeles office.

Ideal candidates (1–3 years of experience) will have:

Solid civil litigation experience

Strong case management abilities

Superior legal research and writing skills

Experience with discovery and law & motion practice (preferred)

A proactive, efficient, and results-oriented work style

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

A sense of ownership over their cases

Work Environment

We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing associates to work from home 1–3 days per week, depending on experience and workload.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 (DOE)
