Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Negotiator for Bodily Injury Claims who can effectively advocate for injured clients. This role could be filled by an experienced attorney, negotiator, or claims adjuster with a proven track record in negotiating bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients.

Develop case strategies based on detailed analysis of medical records and policy coverage.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.

Build relationships with medical professionals and experts to strengthen claims.

Qualifications:

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving optimal settlements.

Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law and insurance regulations.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
