Experienced Legal Assistant

Boutique personal injury law firm seeking to hire immediately an experienced legal assistant.

SALARY: $18-$22

POSITION IS FULL TIME

HOURS: M-F 9-5 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

Interview new clients

Collect case information such as photos, insurance, witness statements, medical records

Resolve property damage

Supervise medical care

Use of Firm's software (training will be provided) for data entry

interface with medical staff, clients and adjusters

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must speak Spanish

Must have prior experience working up personal injury cases

Well organized

Good follow-up

Strong communication skills
