California, Los angeles, 90001 Los angeles USAFarzad and Ochoa Family Law Attorneys, LLP is a premier divorce and family law firm with offices in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. We are seeking a File Clerk for our Los Angeles office.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented File Clerk to join our fun and exciting team. We are looking for individuals who want to be part of a team, who are looking for opportunities to learn and grow within the family law field. You will be responsible for processing paperwork and documents as they come in, organizing them in the proper files for reference, and gathering information for different departments when requested. Attention to detail is vital in this role to ensure information can be retrieved quickly and easily.
Duties and Responsibilities
Process and file documents and paperwork.
Scan files and upload digital copies to the database.
Maintain and organize both the digital and hard copy filing systems.
Retrieve documents and paperwork when requested.
Preparation of hearing binders.
Deliver requested files to staff members.
Answer phones when needed.
Complete special tasks as requested.
Requirements and Qualifications
AA diploma or 2 years of equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Law Office environment preferred.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Experience:
Equivalent: 2 years (Preferred)
Law Office: 1 year (Preferred)
