We are a 24/7 business that has private contractors that work with us. One of the fringe benefits of working with us is that we have a surplus of rooms (each equipped with a bathroom and shower) in a commercial building and we allow our workers use of said rooms.

We've never had a problem until now.

One of our workers (she's been with us for a year) turned to drug use and began becoming increasingly disruptive. She then started stealing and we decided to cut ties with her. We gave her a letter terminating her employment / association with us and told her to leave. She has simply decided not to leave and is claiming she is a resident here (she has received mail here). Since we've given her the letter, She's been here for 2 months, not working and not paying any rent whatsoever. And no, there is no lease agreement.

Because employment was mixed with this strange living situation, we can't seem to find a lawyer who can help us.

I find it hard to believe that there is no legal avenue to get rid of her quickly. We came across something called a Forcible Detainer that seems to allow us to evict her

We are seeking a Lawyer or Paralegal who can help us either file this Forcible Detainer and/or advise on our best course of action. Also seeking someone familiar with Arcadia / Pasadena eviction laws

Please tell us about yourself and submit a bid or your rates

EMAIL IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH US
