Personal Injury Case Manager

Personal injury and employment law firm seeks a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, driven, a self-starter, detail oriented and a people person. One year of experience working in a personal injury firm in some capacity is preferred. Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is preferred. We are looking for someone for the long-term who wants to grow their legal career with us. This is an in-office position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNELSS YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY PRE-LITIGATION

Duties and responsibilities include:

· Managing a caseload of up to 75+ cases at any given time.

· Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation.

· Obtaining evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, pictures.

· Collecting medical records and bills.

· Scheduling and monitoring client’s medical treatments.

· Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and collecting information.

· Scanning/saving files, mail, etc. pertaining to cases.

Pay: $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience.
