Compensation: $125,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year | Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC), a well-established Beverly Hills Personal Injury firm is seeking a motivated and results-oriented trial attorney. This position is ideal for an attorney with 3 to 9 years of experience in Civil Litigation (personal injury).

Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings and correspondence

Taking and defending depositions

Trial preparation

Drafting discovery

Document review

Attending court hearings

Negotiating settlements

Complying with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications/Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers.

Doctorate (Required)

State Bar (Required)

1st Chair or 2nd Chair Trial Experience (Required)

Deposition: 3 years (Required)

Personal Injury: 3 years (Required)

Discovery: 3 years (Required)
