Seeking Paralegal &/or Attorney for Probate case(s)

We are seeking an experienced PROBATE Attorney and/or PROBATE Paralegal.

The candidate must have experience practicing in PROBATE.

Our office has a focus on real estate. We are seeking someone with experience in the probate field to help on Probate Related cases which have a hybrid of civil real estate matters.

Experience in Pleadings, law and motion is required.

This is a part time and/or contractual position.
