Immigration Attorney part time/ full time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Immigration Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to advocating for clients' rights.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on immigration matters such as Removal proceedings, Bond hearings, Asylum proceedings

Prepare and file appeals with BIA

Prepare and file motions

Represent clients in Master hearings sometimes virtually and in-person Individual hearings

Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for client cases.

Qualifications:

Active bar membership

2+ years of experience in immigration law preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Compassionate approach to client representation.

Bilingual a plus
