Remote Contract Applicant Work Comp Deposition Attorney

Our firm is in immediate need of an attorney to cover our workers’ comp depositions and some work comp hearings (although primarily depositions).

This is a REMOTE position.

We currently have about 4-8 depositions per week that would need to be covered.

Full time position may become available later for the right candidate.

Experience:

Preferred to have at least 6 months of work comp experience.

Qualifications:

MUST be California licensed attorney

Qualities:

- Must be dependable and relatable

- Must be good with clients

- Must care about the clients

Job:

You will primarily cover our work depos. Sometimes there may be hearings. We will provide training as needed.

Fluent Spanish is great, but not required.
