Requirements:

-Workers Comp Law Experience

-California Bar License

-Reside in California

Workers' Comp Attorney Responsibilities:

-Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings

-Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies

-Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

-Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial

-Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary

-Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
