ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY)

An aggressive, growing, Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm seeks a litigation associate to assist with various cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle, medical malpractice, premises liability and sexual assault. The position involves heavy law and motion practice as such excellent research and writing skills are a must. Additionally, any other litigation experience with depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trial is a definite plus.

Applicant for Attorney position must have a MINIMUM OF 2-3 YEARS HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION to handle all discovery and trial preparation. Candidate must be able to manage a caseload of 10 to 20 litigation files throughout all stages of litigation. Duties include drafting and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, and performing all other litigation case management duties. The qualified candidate must be highly organized, possess attention to detail, write well and advocate aggressively, and have a sincere interest in litigation. Spanish language fluency is a plus.
