Handyman Wanted for Apartments

Property Management Company in Van Nuys seeks a Full-Time 5 Days a Week 8am to 4:30pm Handyman for apartment buildings.

ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE IN THE SFV 5-15 MINS FROM OFFICE

EXPERIENCE WITH PLUMBING IS A MUST, Pipe repair/soldering, valve changes, stems, etc.

Have basic handyman/maintenance knowledge

MUST BE ABLE TO DO PAINT WORK AS WELL.

Job requirements include:

Must have a TRUCK and Tools.

Proof of legal right to work in the United States.
