Apartment Maintenance Technician – Full-Time

About the Role

The Eberly Company is seeking a reliable, hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day building operations and unit turns. This is a full-time, hourly position with gas allowance.

Key Duties

Turn units: patch/paint, minor carpentry, install/repair electrical fixtures, basic plumbing

Diagnose, repair, and replace parts; perform corrective and preventive maintenance

Complete work orders timely and document follow-up

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and communicate status updates

Requirements

2+ years experience in apartment maintenance or related trades

Ability to work under pressure; organize and prioritize multiple tasks

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Own tools and a truck with insurance required

Proof of insurance and valid driver’s license required

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday

8-hour shift, with rotating after-hours on-call every few weeks

Compensation

Hourly; no less than $18.00/hour, commensurate with experience

Gas allowance provided
