Now Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Assistant/Supervisor!

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant will work closely with the Facilities Director to coordinate, perform, and manage maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone with mechanical aptitude and good communication skills who is willing to learn and grow into a supervisor position. The successful candidate will assist in scheduling, prioritize tasks, execute repair and maintenance assignments, and support the overall facilities operation. Approximate working hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with possible overtime.

Experience working with 120/240V Power, general residential plumbing repair and installations.
