EXPERIENCE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

A maintenance supervisor is needed for a multi unit residential building in Valley Village.

Duties include:

General maintenance.

General construction like drywall, painting and other maintenance duties.

Electrical.

Plumbing.

Candidate will need to represent management and deal with existing tenants, handle tenants calls for repair, and show apartments to new potential tenants.

Position includes a 2 bedroom apartment on premises. Salary and fuel costs.
