Key Responsibilities:

Process orders and manage inventory

Use ShipStation to organize and ship orders accurately and on time

Assist with managing returns and addressing shipping-related customer inquiries

Ensure the fulfillment process runs smoothly

Requirements:

Previous experience in order fulfillment

Strong proficiency in using ShipStation, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central and FBA

Detail-oriented and able to work independently

Strong communication and time management skills
