Property Onsite Maintenance Technician

Looking for an individual with experience in property maintenance. Must have valid California Drivers License and personal automobile insurance.

Required to receive Gas certification after 90 days.

Work/on call schedule Tuesday thru Saturday 8am to 4pm with an hour lunch, 40 hours per week at $18 - $25.00 per hour based on experience. Housing available after 90 days.

$450 towards Health and Dental benefits included after 60 days.
