Maintenance man for Hotel

We are looking for a part time maintenance man. 5 days a week, 5-6 hours per day.

Duties include:

Oversees property maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest rooms. Responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep.

Must have knowledge of plumbing(using a snake. unclog sinks and toilets), electrical circuits. This position will perform maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance, to all areas of the hotel.

Blow and wash parking lot. Maintain the flower beds.

Lift heavy boxes

Move guest room linen from the bins to the shelves.
