Floor Supervisor Needed! (Rancho Dominguez)

We are a third party logistics company looking to hire an assistant operations manager that will supervise and support our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage day to day operations with flexibility to support nights and weekends

Ensure facility is following established standard operating procedures

Hire, train, coach, and motivate employees

Setting and managing teams goal

Work directly with customers to ensure and metrics are exceeded

Be main point of contact with customers

Desired skills and qualifications:

Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods of operations

High school degree

Minimum of a year experience in a similar role

Prior experience in ECOM shipping space with high volume goals and expectations

Must be bilingual

Prior experience in a 3PL warehouse environment

1st shift Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm or Friday- Sunday 6am-7pm

Location: Rancho Dominguez

Salary $52,000
