Excellent ability to follow directions and adapt to changing tasks.

Flexibility to work with different personalities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Basic arithmetic skills for inventory management.

Possession of a valid state light truck driver's license.

Physical strength, balance, and stamina to handle demanding tasks.

Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull loads up to 50 pounds.

Willingness to work in all weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods.

Availability to work occasional Saturdays and nights as needed.

Responsibilities:

Support construction site operations by performing various physical labor tasks.

Assist skilled workers with demolition, material handling, and other assigned tasks.

Unload and distribute materials according to instructions.

Prepare construction areas by measuring, marking, and recording accurate details.

Ready tools and materials for skilled workers, ensuring efficient workflow.

Clean and prepare job site areas, including debris removal and cleanup.

Safely operate hand and power tools as required.

Assist with traffic control and equipment coordination as needed.

Maintain a tidy job site and ensure proper storage of materials/equipment.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
