Landscape Supervisor

Growing Landscaping Company Looking for a Motivated Organized Go-getter with an eye for Quality and Detail.

Someone who is fair, honest, able to motivate and discipline others and get the job done to our client's expectations.

This will be a hands-on position.

Responsibilities include But are not limited to:

Weekly safety meetings with crew.

Overseeing crews for productivity, quality, and safety.

Organizing and generating and installing additional enhancement and Irrigation work at properties.

Ordering supplies, scheduling work.

Completing weekly scheduling for the crews and sending paperwork to office staff

Discipline, training and coaching of crews.

Make sure equipment vehicles are being maintained in safe working order.

Weekly meeting and coordination with management.

This is a Hands-on position.

You will be working out in the field installing and doing irrigation repairs or working with the crews 50%- 75% of the time.

The remainder will be devoted to the above task and Job walks for Quality control at our existing clients.

Following Qualifications for the position include:

Bilingual -Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.

Working knowledge of Irrigation systems Smart controllers and repair.

Irrigation installation and repair experience a .

1 + year of Previous Supervisor or Managerial experience in a Landscape company

3+ years of Experience in the Landscape field

Basic Computer skills with Data entry and Email.
