Decking/Iron Work

AV Decking is a steel sub contractor based out of Arizona. We are looking for skilled, hardworking individuals to fill our Southern California crews. AV Decking takes pride in our ability to get the job done in a fast and efficient manner without compromising the Safety of our employees, or Quality of Craftsmanship. We only require that you have your OSHA 10, transportation, and the willingness to work in a highly fast paced,

productive environment. No Experience

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Shaking deck

Welding deck

Screwing deck

Nelson stud Layout

Nelson stud shooting/welding

DBA shooting/welding

Willingness to travel a plus

Welding experience a plus

Iron work experience a plus

Pay based on experience
