Seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician!

Are you a seasoned maintenance technician with a passion for keeping apartment communities in top-notch condition? Look no further! We're searching for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, and appliance troubleshooting.

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of apartment units.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to address issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Collaborate with property management to uphold safety standards and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Patching Drywall, fixing doors and hinges, repairing/changing ceiling fans, and painting.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a related field. Construction and hotel experienced welcome to apply.

Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems and equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 –40 per week
