Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities for our facilities and equipment, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and repairs.

- Monitor maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment maintenance histories.

- Work with maintenance staff and outside contractors to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities and equipment.

- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order necessary items as needed

-Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to CEO

- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and discussions

- Create and distribute project documentation, such as meeting minutes and status reports

- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met

- Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the satisfaction of CEO

- Provide support to project managers as needed

Qualification Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

- Previous experience in maintenance coordination/management or a related field.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
