Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various departments, including maintenance, property management, and administrative roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Develop and implement strategies to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct reference checks
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in property management or a related industry.
Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Indeed).
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Location: This position will mainly be based out of our office In Van Nuys. However, we have offices and locations throughout Los Angeles that you may be required to travel to.
