Personal/Health Care Assistant

Personal/Health Care Assistant wanted: $22 – $28 per hour, depending on experience

Home assistance includes keeping pantries, cabinets, drawers and closets organized and dusted clean. Keeping pantry, toiletry cabinet and bar stocked with regular items. Running errands, such as grocery shopping, store shopping, dry cleaning, etc. Handle store and online returns.

Research information on health and wellness as needed. Research travel information and assist with travel arrangements, scheduling. Research weather and create packing list accordingly.

Assistance with elderly mother in getting her in and out of bed and onto wheelchair, assist in dressing her as well as taking her to and from bathroom, etc.

Admin work includes keeping computer and printer/scanner running smoothly, downloading credit card spending onto excel spreadsheets, going through mail, keep on top of and pay utility bills, help enter billing for personal business, assist with income tax preparation.

Assist with vacation rental business. Respond to inquiries and correspond with guests on vacation rental sites. Assist with marketing properties to maximize occupancy. When needed, use template to generate rental agreements. Ensure that all rental properties are stocked with required supplies, check for items needing repairs, keep closets and cabinets organized, check cleanliness of home and report condition, send check-in information to guests, update website regularly, update vacation rental sites regularly. Regularly upload home rental information to temporary relocations sites.
