Job Overview

We are seeking to IMMEDIATELY hire a warm, dedicated and organized Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical office environment. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient service skills, EHR Insurance Portals, Eligibility checking, scheduling. Experience working with Insurances (HMO's , Medicare, PPO's) is necessary, but willing to train.

Candidate must be Bilingual - Spanish & English Fluently.

Familiarity with medical terminology, coding practices, and health information management is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent patient service.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
