MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a current CA CNA/CHHA license

Physical Examination (within the last 1 year)

PPD Test (within the last year) or Chest X-Ray (within the last 2 years)

CPR/BLS Certificate

Have satisfactory references from previous (or current) employers and/or nursing school, and professional peers.

Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision; has good organizational skills.
