Part Time Caregiver needed $20/hr

Looking for a caregiver for a post stroke disabled male in a private home. The schedule is flexible but will be for 3 days a week (tue, thur and sat) 6am-12PM. You'll be responsible for getting him up and ready for the day and helping him with other ADL and mobility. More days/hours may be added and discussed depending on need. This position is not for someone who is easily offended and unable to deal with someone without a filter due to stroke.

Other duties will include:

Meal Preparation/setup (no cooking required)

Light house keeping

Companionship

Assistance with Medication/Vitamin reminders

Assistance with bathing grooming and dressing

Stand by and assist/support while walking with a walker

Incontinences clean up (sanitary protection provided)

Laundry

Requirements-

English speaking

Must like dogs

Drug and smoke free zone

Valid California ID/ Drivers license

Valid Social security card

Must have a clean background

Caretaking experience preferred.
