Front Office(receptionist)

I am looking for a responsible part-time assistant. I’m willing to train the right person. The person must be someone I can trust, be responsible, and rely on to be on time. Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

Mon through Thur from 9:30 to 2:30 per week

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred)

- Cheerful and friendly attitude with a good heart

- Able to work with motivation

- Ability to commit to regularly scheduled days

- Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system

- Proficient with Microsoft office and excel

- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace

Preferred chiropractic office or law office experience.
