Duties:

- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.

- Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations.

- Assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes.

- Handling patient inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.

- Familiar with billing dental claims.
