FEMALE CAREGIVER NEEDED FOR LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT

We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist a lovely FEMALE PATIENT located in Westlake Village.

Patient is 82 years old, with early onset Dementia, she is incontinent and uses both a wheelchair and a walker. She is a VERY sweet, kind and charming individual. Very engaging and conversational.

This is an ongoing assignment - do not respond if you cannot go long term.

THREE SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

Monday through Friday

8:00AM - 8:00PM

Friday, Saturday and Sunday

8:00AM - 8:00PM

Friday, Saturday and Sunday

8:00PM - 8:00AM

DUTIES INCLUDE (But are not limited to):

Companionship

Meal Preparation

Medication Reminders

Driving Patient (errands, appointments, etc.). You WILL be able to use the patient's vehicle.

MUST HAVES:

At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience

Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle, insurance and a clean record

Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID

Current COVID Vaccination Card

Current TB Test Results

Second Form of ID Compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, etc.)
