Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Live-In Sober Living House Manager to uphold the integrity of our recovery environment. This pivotal role ensures the provision of a safe, supportive, and structured setting tailored for women in recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily activities of the house, ensuring a harmonious living environment.

2. Enforce house rules consistently, preserving a drug and alcohol-free space.

3. Lead regular house meetings and mediate resident disputes.

4. Administer periodic drug tests and conduct room checks.

5. Collaborate with local treatment centers, therapists, and counselors.

6. Facilitate the onboarding process for new residents.

7. Manage house finances, which include collecting rent and monitoring expenses.

8. Organize group activities to foster a sense of community and mutual support.

9. Respond promptly to emergencies, prioritizing the safety and well-being of residents.

10. Offer resources and guidance to residents on their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in a sober living or recovery setting preferred.

2. Deep understanding of addiction and the unique recovery challenges women face.

3. Ability to enforce rules with empathy and fairness.

4. Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills.

5. Basic financial and administrative capabilities.

6. CPR and First Aid certified or willingness to achieve certification.

7. Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
