Kitchen Cook Assistant – Mediterranean (Grill Experience preferred)

We are hiring a Kitchen Cook Assistant to support our chef and kitchen team at a Mediterranean restaurant. This role helps with grill preparation, food prep, and keeping kitchen operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Assist the chef with daily cooking tasks

Support grill preparation and cooking (experience preferred)

Help with food prep, plating, packing orders, and maintaining flow during rush hours

Keep kitchen and prep areas clean and organized

Follow basic food safety and sanitation practices

Work well within a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements:

Kitchen experience preferred

Grill experience preferred

Minimum English for basic communication

Weekend availability

Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
