Prepare and cook menu items according to Ara’s Shawarma standards

Handle grill, fryer, and prep stations efficiently

Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization at all times

Work quickly and accurately during busy hours

Communicate and work as a team with managers and coworkers

Requirements:

Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (we will train the right person)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Must be reliable and on time

Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
