Customer Service/Sales Representative

EUREKA is a wholesale dress company based in Los Angeles looking for a sales assistant.

This is an opportunity for someone who likes to interact with B2B customers, and wants to grow their skill sets with on-site paid training with a knowledgeable team.

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, solid computer skills, and experience handling high-volume calls.

Compensation: $19.00-$20.00/hour Depends on Sales Experience

Responsibilities

Accept, process and follow up on customer orders by phone, e-commerce platforms, and in-person

Pack and ship dropship orders

Answer incoming inquiries and process orders by phone/online

Vibrant and energetic personality and strong team ethic

Some experience with social media campaigns and internal CRM data entry

Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

Requirements

Available Monday-Friday

excellent communication and organization skills

1 Year of relevant sales and marketing experience is strongly preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Someone who is comfortable working as part of a team

Strong phone skills and self-motivated to cold call outreach to leads

Someone with a fun, positive attitude who takes pride in his/her work

Qualifications

High School Degree and/or GED

Previous work experience in fashion or retail/wholesale is preferred, but not required

Experience with POS system but not required
