APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

1. Strict vegetarian/vegan

2. Exceptional customer service skills a MUST

3. Must work well under pressure

4. Skilled at multitasking

5. Works as a team player with STRONG communication skills

6. Strong problem solving skills

7. Must be available nights and weekends

8. Holds a current ServSafe or Food Handler's Card

Ideal LINE COOKS have at least 1 year line cook experience. Note that our team is cross-trained in FOH and BOH duties, including, but not limited to the following: greet and care for customers, maintain a high standard of cleanliness compliant with all health code regulations, prepare high-quality and attractive food items in a timely matter according to strict recipes and instructions, wash dishes, deep-cleaning.
