Frogtown Coffee Shop Manager

10 Speed Coffee is opening a new location in Frogtown in early 2025 and looking for a manager. All applicants must have at least 3 years of experience preferably as a lead or cafe manager. Applicants must live within close proximity and have reliable transportation.

The role will include but is not limited to:

- Barista shifts behind bar

- Scheduling

- Managing orders

- Opening and closing procedures

- Training staff

- Ensuring a high degree of cleanliness and professionalism

- Building community with regulars

- Spearheading initiatives to grow business

- Manage costs and expenses

- Creating content and sharing wirth our social media team

This roll will start as an hourly position with tips and benefits, but can grow into a salaried position.
