Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of kitchen management experience and a passion for leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff.

Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the owner to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.

Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of kitchen equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to manage inventory and control costs.

Experience in a rotisserie or poultry-focused kitchen is a plus.

Passion for great food and team collaboration.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience, starting pay is $22 to $27 an hour plus shared tips. Depending on experiance.
