Position: Front-of-House Cashier

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers with a warm, friendly smile and positive attitude.

- Take orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.

- Provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.

- Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 1+ year in a customer-facing role (restaurant or retail preferred).

- Customer Service Focus: A passion for making people feel welcome and valued.

- Upselling Skills: Ability to tactfully recommend menu items and upgrades.

- Team Player: A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist where needed.

- Flexibility: Availability Thursdays through Sundays from 11 AM - 10 PM.

- Bonus: Experience working in a fast-paced environment or familiarity with SteelCraft Bellflower.
