Experienced Sushi Chef - Japanese Bilingual Preferred

Daily Prep Fish: Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, Octopus, others. Also productions of of Sushi and ingredients such as avocados, cucumbers, rice. Packaging and Cutting of Sushi Rolls. We are hiring for two locations, one in San Gabriel and another in Koreatown.

Very easy list of duties compared to normal sushi bars!

We're a Japanese sushi marketplace with 40 years of history in the San Gabriel Valley. We specialize in offering authentic Japanese meals that our customers can enjoy at home, including a variety of party platters.
