Looking for a quality PM Line Cook and Part-Time Dishwasher

We are a fast-paced restaurant in our 25th year of business, located in Old Downtown Torrance in search of an experienced Line Cook for dinner shifts and a part-time Dishwasher. We pride ourselves on high quality food and hand-crafted beer. We are looking for the right person to join our team. Must have good communication skills.

The experienced Line cook is responsible for their own station. Must have experience with grill, sauté and fry stations. Pizza experience a plus. Cleanliness and personal hygiene a must. When required you will be expected to assist other teammates on the line. The cook needs to know how to follow recipes, weights, and measurements and all plating associated with our menu. An experienced line cook must be able to work under pressure and maintain production, quality and presentation at all times. Minimum requirement: 3 years' experience as a line cook. Must show progressing levels of leadership and duties in the kitchen.

Dishwasher must be organized and have experience in food safety and have standards in cleanliness.
