NOW HIRING Line COOK - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!

Well established, locally managed and family owned Mediterranean restaurant looking to hire prep cooks IMMEDIATELY.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable and confident working as a team in a fast paced environment as we have a constant flow of customers for dine-ins, take-outs and catering.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Cleaning/ Maintaining prep station

-Handle, store and rotate all the products properly

-Prepares all the food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

-Follow recipes, controls, portion and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant

-Following proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes is also done by the line cook

-Additional responsibilities may also be assigned by the manager

Shift: Mid Day/Evening

Hours: Full/Part Time (Approximately 20-30 hours a weeks)

Pay: $17.00/hr (Additional compensation offered based off of skills and experience)

Cooks are also tipped out from the servers, it averages out to about .80 cents a hour.

OUR SCHEDULES ARE FLEXIBLE AND CHANGE WEEKLY
