Location: West Hollywood, Venice, Malibu

Job Type: Contract (1099)

Compensation: $4000/month

Are you a detail-oriented cleaner with previous experience in hotel or vacation rental cleaning? We are looking for a reliable in-house cleaner to join our team and help maintain our vacation rental properties.

Job Responsibilities:

- Clean and prepare vacation rental units for guest check-ins

- Ensure all units are spotless and welcoming

- Perform an average of two cleanings per day

- A typical shift starts at 10 AM and ends at 6 PM

- Report issues and damages at the homes

- Complete an inspection report after each cleaning

Qualifications:

- Previous cleaning experience required; vacation rental or hotel cleaning experience preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive between different houses in Los Angeles and Malibu

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
